I am sure you are right on the money, however everytime I researched a pair, most of the companies did not know anything about amber/rose color lenses or that people used them for fishing (I KNOW! & I"M NOT KIDDING). When I did find a couple stores that knew what they were talking about, the cost would be $300 -$400+ and that is out of my budget. I am thinking about getting a pair for a while until I can save up for a a solid pair in the future.
In your experience, any preferences between the wear over and the clip on. The website literature is written supporting the wear overs isolating of light from the sides but I don't know if they are at all comfortable. I will try and drive to Baltimore this weekend to the Bass Pro Shop to try them on but I wnated to pick everyones brains first.
