{Tidal Potomac Fly Rodders} So the Schoolies are here.....What side of the tide are they biting on?

It sounds like, by all of the posts, that the Schoolies are here.  What side of the tide are they biting on?  Is it similar to the fall bite where they are most active about 2 hours after high tide?

I am thinking about hitting the Occoquan on Monday, late morning and early afternoon, to see if the stripers are in the river.  Anyone interested?
