I use a pair of prescription/bifocal/polarized WileyX Jake sunglasses.
They also have a removable foam insert around the inside of the lenses
that eliminates top/side glare and prevents dust from getting in your
eyes. They weren't cheap, but I was able to get these from my
optomitrist and offset the cost with my vision insurance when I didn't
need new regular glasses. I've been very happy with these while
fishing.
