{Tidal Potomac Fly Rodders} Recent Washington State Transplant

I am interested in any recommendations for fishing locations in the area that might be dog friendly?  I am brand new to the area and still a novice but to hoping to spend some time on the water for my sanity very soon.  Any feedback you can provide would be greatly appreciated.
