Sure, it's a bit hyperbolic and I'd venture to say the writer probably didn't spend much time in the area or even visit any bulletin boards to get a better sense of what's really going on.

My main point is that the ICPRB's Potomac Reservoir is probably a news source worth keeping an eye on for those of us who like to fish the "Nation's River."  ;-0
