{Tidal Potomac Fly Rodders} Re: Anyone fish along the Northwest Branch Trail?

I have fished a good bit of the Northeast branch and some of the southern sections of the Northwest.  Usually have good luck and it is decent scenery for the area.  It is your usual panfish, fallfish, bass., and some snakeheads  They stock the upper sections and have seen people catch some trout if the fish get washed south.  Someone actually caught a rainbow down in bladensburg a few years ago that was washed down stream.

You can't beat the accessibility!

A friend recommended that I fish this creek. He's ridden by it on his bike and knows that I'm into fly fishing so recommended it. I'm just wondering if anyone here has experience along that trail. I want to try it out since I can bike there. Cheers!
