{Tidal Potomac Fly Rodders} Flies for the Potomac and a annual Bluegill Tournament

I posted several months ago about having a fly tying contest using materials that you can buy at any local Wal Mart or Kmart. This includes everything except hooks and tying thread. I also wanted to know if the group would consider having an annual Bluegill tournament.
