{Tidal Potomac Fly Rodders} Nearby Panfish Pond?

My friend wants to learn to fly fish.  After I show her how to cast a fly rod on the grass, we'll need a nearby pond to apply the lesson.

Any favorites?  We live in Arlington and Vienna.
