Re: {Tidal Potomac Fly Rodders} Loft Mountain (South Shenandoah National Park)

Are you sure?  The national forest stamp is what i was referring to.  It says its needed by out of state or instate if you are hunting, fishing, or trapping on national forest land.  If i am wrong, great i safe 4 bucks.
