I'm here now. Fish at outflow are stacked up and feeding agressively. No rod as in wifes car waiting for her plane. Can't determine species. Wperch or schoolies.

I've seen people park on grass by ramp from 395 north. Seen people walk in from train tracks to fish and cast net from hot water outflow. Seen a boat try to go under from gravelly at outgoing tide???

Use google earth to find spots!
