I am thinking to buy an inflatable boat with motor next year, so I can fish some salt flats and marsh for striper and susqy river and potomac river for small mouth bass. Never thought of inflatable kayak, because I can't stand and cast. But I will do some research on this. Many thanks!

You should look into inflatable kayaks. There is tons of information about them on this site! Take a look and you may like what you see. I live in an apartment and I keep my kayak in my closet.
