{Tidal Potomac Fly Rodders} Anyone know this lake

Found a lake near my work and I'm trying to figure out if it is private, and if it has fish (atleast fish worth going after).  It's located at 2900 Fairview Park in vienna, va.  It's just north west of the Falls Church Technical Library, East of 495 and South of Lee Hwy.  I plan on visiting it soon to see it for myself.  Found it on Goole maps

 

Any Information wuold be appreciated,
