Also, the office park where the restaurant 2941 is located has a big pond.  It's off Fairview Park Dr., opposite Rte 29 from Jefferson District Park.

Lakevale in vienna. Use small white poppers and the later in the day the better (5-8 being prime).

I wouldn't be surprised if she catches one first cast there.
