{Tidal Potomac Fly Rodders} Re: good video on fishing in the Shenandoah park.

Everything is pretty accurate, except replace the lipstick application at the end of the with nasal inhalers and 2-3 benadryl.  

And 2-3 Ibuprofen if you're out of shape -- ;)

Also, not nearly enough time spent discussing the magic fly required to catch the fish.
