just take it back to any orvis.  ive broken 4 rods, lost the top half of 2 rods, and broke a walking stick and im only 20.  orvis is worth the high upfront cost, its great stuff and replaceable.  oh and a pair of waders.  worse case is they ask how you broke it so they get a laugh, and itll take them a week or 2 to replace it.  or thats been my espierience so far.

To say I'm ticked off at myself would be a vast understatement.
