Wow. Can't say I'm upset about the prospect for better water quality, but I certainly feel for the employees who had good jobs in a low cost of living area that doesn't have much in the way of alternative employment (unless this $2 trillion infrastructure plan becomes reality and brings renewable energy jobs to rural areas like Westernport).
