Interesting question. All of the youth fishing days I've assisted were ran by local community parks and recreation with Zebco spin casting gear and recently stocked runs. Maybe TPFR could team up with a local community (Herndon, Vienna, Fairfax, Reston, etc) and offer something. Not sure fly casting would fit the current runs being used. I'd like to think communities have access to ponds with enough clearance for fly casting.

I've always felt like it's a shame fly fishing seems to attract a fairly non-diverse crowd (namely middle-aged white guys like me).
