{Tidal Potomac Fly Rodders} Re: Recommendations for New River smallmouth guide

Reilly looks great, too. Thanks for these recommendations, Misha and Charlie! 

I fished with Matt Miles this past summer on both the James and Staunton/Roanoke. Great guide working out of Amherst, VA. I just wanted to look to someone who considers the New to be home water.
