Do we think some of these 100 fish days people are having can be partly attributed to the generally lower flows? In the past, it seems we're always bordering the 5' mark at the Little Falls gauge, but this season we're typically under 4', which translates to roughly have the flow as normal. Do you think the fish are perhaps stacking up more tightly due to the lower flow?
