The flies north of the dime are #28 PT nymphs I tied a long time ago and never used.  The ones to the east are Al's rats in sizes #20-24, which is a great midge pupa imitation.  The ones south are WD-40s in a #18, which pass for midge pupa and/or small baetis nymphs.  The ones west are zebra midges in #22 and 24 I think.  Those fish well deep, and probably higher as well.  In practice, these are all pretty versatile when trout are eating tiny bugs.  

 

There are a few more than 24 there, but it's worth an order of fish and chips to me if you want it.  Let me know and I'll put 'em in an altoids tin and bring them to you next tie.  For most of these you'll probably want 7x.

Tiemco (518) and other companies are also seldom producing 32s in my experience over the past few years -- nearly anywhere that lists them is "out of stock".  

 

Really, the smallest fly I use at all is a #22-24 Al's rat (pupa) in the film, and it really is fun when fish keep hitting it when other things don't work at all.  They're so incredibly easy to tie, it wouldn't make sense to buy them unless you just don't tie at all.  

 

If you want, I can bring you 2 dozen at next beer tie in exchange for an order of fish and chips.

It is fun to hook a decent trout on teeny flies and light tippet when nothing else works (like midging in the dead of summer), but in reality I've rounded a street corner and slipped on a rat more in the past 4 years than I've been in a fishing situation requiring 32s.
