RE: {Tidal Potomac Fly Rodders} Re: Constitution Gardens

I went 3x last year in the morning before work.  No luck with poppers, streamers, buggers. 

 

I fished from the island and cast back to the banks, underneath overhanging trees and to the small islands that have grass/plants on them. The bottom has several spots to get hung from piping or other construction materials.
