I realize that we have a section on google maps with some of the fishing locations.
I think that it would be nice if we can create information on the river gauges. What I mean by this is to post out what the "safe" levels are for the river for wading. We could do this for the Potomac River, Rappahannock River, Shenandoah River, and other local fisheries. It would also be helpful to know what the levels are for the clarity of the water.
This wouldn't mean real time data. This would be more like a sticky that would give you base information so that if you checked out a river gauge and saw it's current and predicted level you could determine if it would be a good time to fish, if it was safe to fish, and other important information.
Just a thought. Anyone else think that this is a good idea?
