First the fish report: didn't catch anything or have any bites. Fished the incoming tide for a bit at the Ohio bridge, walked around a bit as well but no bites.
-- I had bought my license that morning and didn't have printer at home, so I had it on my phone. When I was in front of the Jefferson Memorial a cop asked for my license. I told him I only had it on my phone, he was nice and let it slide, but told me I should print it out next time. I then continued back to the Ohio Bridge. There were two people fishing bait on the other side, and I saw another cop start talking to them, not sure what the deal was but soon there were four cops talking to them. Think they were issued a citation. After they were done with that, two of those cops came over and checked my license.
It was great to see them out in force checking licenses, but just a heads up to make sure that you have your license printed out and with you!
