They are in the process of figuring it out. It's like a sinkhole that would not open.  Best to Google DOT updates or news for better updates.  You're not missing much on the river.....brrrrr

Heads up to all planning on access to the river at Fletcher's.  Canal Road at Reservoir closures for emergency work are being planned at the time of this post.
