{Tidal Potomac Fly Rodders} Dyke Marsh?

Anyone have any luck fishing Dyke Marsh in Winter? I've had some luck on FMR recently but I feel like I'm fishing in an open sewer. I just discovered this group yesterday...so it this is an over-asked question just ignore me. Thanks!
