Hey DC area fly anglers,

I'm visiting your hood on 9/12-9/16 for a work conference.  I like to play a little hookie and fish an area when at a conference.  I'm sure i'm not the only one and I trust that you'll keep my request in confidence.  I was hoping to find my way to some snakehead or carp in your waters.  I'm visiting from Georgia, so I have access to a lot of warmwater species here but the snakehead (and other various invasive species) haven't made their way up from Florida.  I won't have a car, so I'm looking to do urban fishing - with or without a guide, but I do prefer a guide if you have a rec.  I've been reading in these discussions and so far haven't settled on a firm idea.  I hope you can help - thanks in advance!
