I have fished with Travis Edens and CT Campbell numerous times over the years.  Both are great guides who work very hard are to put you on fish.

Travis fishes the main stem of the Shenandoah as well as the Harper's Ferry area.   CT fishes stretch of Shenandoah close to Luray.
