{Tidal Potomac Fly Rodders} Antietam Creek Fishing

Camping out at Antietam Creek Campsites this weekend (at the juncture of the Potomac and Antietam Creek) and am looking to get some fishing in. Anyone have any advice on fishing the Potomac in that area and/or Antietam Creek?
