{Tidal Potomac Fly Rodders} Re: Crappie flyfishing?

think bluegill flies.   I like to jig for crappie with something that has enough weight to ride up in down in the water column on the retrieve.  Now is my favorite time to get them on the fly since they will be shallow along the emerging weed lines.

I've never seen anyone flyfishing for crappie. Does people target these fish on the fly? What flies/presentations work the best?

Thanks,
