{Tidal Potomac Fly Rodders} Re: Nail Polish as Paint

Finger Lakes - one of my favorite parts of the world - You could certainly use nail polish, they might chip from wear and tear but I doubt the fish notice - also you could use permanent markers which can fade from sunlight and constant immersion in water. I haven't used them yet, but on Sunday I purchased Sharpies that are oil based paint markers - package says you can use on leather, wood, etc. Assuming your poppers are the hard foam types I think these paint markers would work. If I remember I'll paint a hard foam popper with one tonight.
