I'm in Roanoke for the week with the in-laws and got out yesterday to the Roanoke R., which is an urban fishery right in the middle of town. Air temps in the mid 60s, water low but clear. Didn't see a single fish of any size or species, but did practice my casting and it was good to be shin deep in running water.

I am up in Western MD and fished the Yough yesterday. picked up two rainbows in the late afternoon. Temps are in the 50s. I will try and hit the Savage later today.John
