Lake Brittle near Warrentown/Gainesville has walleye and at <100 acres is small enough to manage. Also bass bluegill and pumpkinseeds if you can't find the walleye so it's not a total bust. It has a forage base of gizzard shad, so try white/silver zonkers. You will need a boat, they have a rental shop there but I don't think they're open this early in the year.
Fish early in the morning, they come shallow to feed at night. Also days with loss of clouds. They do not like sunny days.

Brendan: I'm not sure Lucas is the troll you think he is... A quick Google search of his username + "Washington DC" seems to indicate that Lucas indeed could attend this camp, if not this year, then next.
Lucas: 6-7wt with full sink lines, zonker jig flies and heavy wooly buggers with rubber legs. Don't expect it to be effective, but I've caught a handful when they move into the New River from Claytor Lake in VA. Walleye weather is pretty rough for fly fishing. Also, in my experience, you'll definitely need a boat.
