I have the Explorer K2. I rig it with one seat. Holds a decent amount of gear. Surprisingly decent for such a cheap boat. Like I said, it's been great for about 3 years. I recently got a fiberglass canoe, so will probably throw this up on FB Marketplace. But it's been fun for exploring some of our smallmouth waters.

It is pretty flexy if you want to paddle long distances. But I've been able to catch some nice smallmouth, largemouth, and even pickerel in the winter while fishing out of it. It's not the greatest fishing specific craft, but for the money and the storability, it's not bad. I also have an inflatable pontoon boat (kickboat) that I used more when I lived in Oregon. Are you talking during the week or weekend?
Where are you putting in and taking out? 
Ive got a trailer and yak, maybe we can work something out?
