My guess is 3/25, we're about to hit some cooler weather but should see a significant warmup around this time, and not much rain between now and then.

Something like $5 to buy a guess on which date will give us the first shad reported/proven caught out of the Potomac. Half the pot goes to TPFR, half goes to the winner(s). I always remember this idea when it's too late to implement for the current year's shad run, then forget about it until same thing happens the following year.
