I was very surprised this morning to spot two Snakehead in Rock Creek north of Porter in Cleveland Park. I thought they were carp because of their outline and the fact that they were surfacing with big splashes. But one came right up to my feet without a care in the world. It was at least two feet long and looked like it had been eating well. It's head was bigger than my fist. I've not seen them that far up before.
Also spotted an otter and caught a smallmouth!
