{Tidal Potomac Fly Rodders} Re: another Mineral Oil spill - Gravelly this time.

Today's WaPo reports: http://wapo.st/1K6yCLa.  In the case of this spill it appears that "the solution to pollution is dilution."

I agree with Mark.  It's always easier for everyday folks to "notice" things like this, but the chronic, less obvious (but ever present) problems with water quality around here get a lot less attention.
