To the best of my knowledge the http://www.fodm.org/ or Friends of Dyke Marsh are much further along in the effort to remediate. The George Washington Memorial Park and COE have a memorandum of understanding which is part of the 5 year planning and marsh reclamation.  Fletchers Cove sediment and fill has been recognized as a possible source of material for Dyke Marsh.  Meanwhile FFC and its partners have all agreed that fundraising for and subsequent FC soil testing is a process that will help or qualify FC fill thereby clearing a path for it's final resting place.  Please keep in mind that the cost of FC core and bore testing is a fraction of what relocating it will be.  

While funding is important awareness and advocacy is mission critical.
