{Tidal Potomac Fly Rodders} Are belly boats allowed in the Basin, Duck Pond, some of the calmer ares's of the Potomac?

You're good in the duck pond or in the main Potomac river. Dip so much as a toe in the overflow at the Tidal Basin and the park police come running.
