Ah, the cormorants. Check out the boat dock on the Anacostia, along the Nationals Ball Park right-field section sometime -- that's a favorite "staging area". I miss the days of dragging water quality monitoring equipment over 1" of cormorant crap (bones included) down the ramp every morning. There's so much beauty! ;)
