I've been tracking the first hickory shad catch in the NCC-TU Shad Report for many years. I'd like to give you credit and need a little more info, like where and when. It figures today's warmth would help. BTW, the prize for the first shad is no prize, just bragging rights. Now, the race continues for the first American shad.
