You can access the Conway from the Rapidan WMA. From the first parking area you can cross the river and follow the trail downstream to fish back up. After about 1/2 mile you will also come upon a little spot on your left that you can camp and have a fire if you're so inclined. I have not driven further than the first area, but some locals told my friend and I that there is another parking area upstream with some good pools. I'm not sure what kind of car you drive, but the road leading you out there is narrow, dirt, and steep at times so I recommend at least going out with something that has decent ground clearance. Other than that, keep a look out for bears and bring a headlamp, the forest is dense and it gets dark quick out there.
