Forgot to mention - the battery holder and most of the extra wire/cords fits really nicely into a "standard" sized soap dish if you drill a hole to pass the cord through. I think mine was $1 at CVS. I really am pleased with how well they've worked - I have 3 of them (fish finder monitor, fish finder transducer + arm, rod holder) mounted across an accessory bar at the front of mine.
