Hmmm … interesting …. in 2022 only 1 month (August) has Sundays and Mondays out of sync such that scheduling the Beer Tie for the 2nd Monday would not be following the second Sunday. And the same is true for 2023 (except the odd month will be May).
But in 2024, the out of sync months triple to 3, but shouldn't matter because by then global warming will have dried up the rivers and killed all the fish so we won't need to tie flies.

A problem with setting the Beer Tie the Monday after Casting Church is that it is difficult to automate putting it on a digital calendar. I can easily schedule the 2nd Monday of the month, but scheduling for the Monday after the 2nd Sunday of the month is harder to automatically schedule.
