Alright everyone, looks like we've got a great group put together for our 10 year casting church.

This would be a great time to invite someone who has never tried casting before. Again, we've got several instructors at this church so invite a friend.

If you would like to learn some spey casts just bring waders and boots and any rod with a floating line. Reagan or Myself can show you how yo make any spey cast with your single hand rod as well!

The Davalas made it in safely Friday night and are looking forward to she festivities!

Coast Guard conducting Potomac River waterway analysis with public feedback

Coast Guard Sector Maryland-National Capital Region is conducting a Waterways Analysis and Management System review of the Upper Potomac River, south of Washington, D.C., from April through June 2019, to improve maritime efficiency in the area.

The review focuses on the area's aids to navigation system, waterborne commerce, marine casualty information, port/harbor resources, emergency response plans, routine and emergency communication capabilities, and future development projects.

The analysis will cover the following stretch of the Upper Potomac River from Hains Point Junction Lighted Buoy HP (LLNR 18705), which is near Washington, to the Governor Harry W. Nice Memorial/Senator Thomas "Mac" Middleton Bridge (Route 301).

Any interested organization, company, or individual wishing to provide comments or participate in a user survey should e-mail the attached document to Sector Maryland-National Capitol Region Waterways WAMS at D05-DG-SECTOR-MDNCR-WTRWAY-WAMS@uscg.mil or mail it to:
