September/October is a great time for the lower bay. If you look through Chris Newsome's instagram, he was getting tons of stripers (some quite big), specks and some good sized reds. November is great too but you won't see that many reds, if any.

Lane/Charlie, I've done well with schoolies in the potomac in mid to late october, but don't know what is the typical prime time for the bay. Would this be late September (Although I'm sure there is quite a variance year to year)?

{Tidal Potomac Fly Rodders} Free Fishing Days in Virginia June 2-4

June 2-4 are free fishing days in Virginia (no license required). Any recommendations for where to hit up this weekend for a day close to DC? I don't have a car, but I do have a bike.
