For the love of god do this, its like an extra minute to go up Reservoir and turn around at the culdesac. You won't be able to do it in time to not affect the cars waiting at the bottom who will invariably go anyway and get stuck at the top making it impossible for cars to turn in. Or you can turn left on Arizona and go up to MacArthur Blvd. then turn right on MacArthur. Go down to Reservoir Rd and turn right. That goes down to a traffic light, and you can get across to Fletchers there. During afternoon/evening rush hour you have to go this way because both lanes carry outbound traffic.
