can't tell you where to cast, but there are a fair number throughout both the main stems of Shenandoah and Potomac... typical deep holes w/ a slow current pushing through and structure. Big bright sunfish size flies that can dance at least 5ft down work. it's tough fishing. i've never seen any in the tidal sections but who knows...
