I went down to the Rappahannock yesterday. I fished for 2 hours and caught 11 fish. I seemed to be catching more fish than the other people on the river, even the spin fishermen. It may have been because I found a good spot or staging area.
Again, they were biting on chartreuse.
The river was much clearer and I think that it was at a normal level.
